草长莺飞四月天 “留”在青农展新颜
      ——国际教育学院开展“国际中文日”系列活动
 

　　在第十五个“国际中文日”来临之际，国际教育学院以“中文：架起文明互鉴桥梁”为主题举办了“国际中文日”系列活动，丰富留学生“第一课堂”，提高留学生培养质量。系列活动因时制宜、主动融入，培育“留”在青农留学生文化活动品牌，以促进中外文化沟通、讲好中国故事为主旨，形式多样，内容丰富，与国际交流协会、虹子汉韵社、大学生艺术团、茶文化协会等校级学生社团深度合作，参与学生涉及众多学院，受到了中外学生一致好评。

　　On the occasion of the 15th "United Nations Chinese Language Day", the School of International Education held a series of activities with the theme of "Chinese Language: Building a Bridge of mutual Learning between Civilizations" to enrich the experiences for international students and improve their training quality. With the theme of "staying in QAU", promoting  cultural communication between China and foreign countries as well as  telling Chinese stories well, the series of activities has diversified forms and rich contents. It has in-depth cooperation with universal-level student associations such as International Exchange Association, Hongzi Han Yun Club, Association of  Students Art Troupe, Association of Tea Culture , etc. The participating students cover many Schools of QAU  and has been praised by both Chinese and foreign students.

　　作为中国文化课程的实践体验环节，学院带领留学生们挥毫泼墨，学习了中国软笔书法技巧，体验了毛笔书写汉字的魅力；了解了剪纸文化的来龙去脉，亲手剪出了独一无二的剪纸作品；通过汉字游戏、甲骨文学习和取中文名活动参悟了汉字的博大精深。

　　As a practical experience link of Chinese culture courses,  the School of International Education led the international students to learn Chinese calligraphy skills and experience the charm of Chinese characters written with writing brush in this semester. They have understood the historical origin of paper-cut culture and cut out some unique paper-cut works perisonally. Through the Chinese character games, oracle bone script learning and Chinese name activities, they explored the broad and profound Chinese characters.

　　乒乓球场上也充满了留学生们的欢声笑语，每个人都投入了全力，享受着比赛带来的激情与乐趣。

　　The table tennis court is also filled with lots of fun from the international students. Everyone is devoted to enjoying the passion from  the competition.

　　在永利yl23411官网茶艺队的指导下，留学生体验了中国的茶艺文化，在一斟一品之间感悟中国茶的情怀。

　　Under the guidance of students from the Tea Art Association   the international students experienced the Chinese tea art culture and felt the feelings of Chinese tea through their tastes.

　　通过亲手制作，想象力与创作力碰撞出精彩的火花，留学生在非遗技艺蓝晒工艺作品中定格下了最美好的中国记忆。

　　Through hand making, their imagination and creativity create a wonderful spark, the international students fixed the best memories in China by making the intangible-cultural heritage technology blue drying craft works.

　　京剧作为中国传统文化的瑰宝，具有悠久的历史。在活动现场，老师为留学生们现场讲解了京剧的起源、发展历程以及脸谱的意义和不同图案的象征。随后，留学生们亲自动手制作脸谱，通过绘制不同的脸谱图案，展现了自己对中国传统文化的热爱和对京剧艺术的尊重。

　　As a treasure of Chinese traditional culture, Beijing Opera has a long history. At the event, the teacher explained the origin and development of Peking Opera, as well as the meaning of facial makeup and the symbols of different patterns. Later, the students made the masks of drawing different facial patterns by themselves, they showed their love for traditional Chinese culture and respect for the art of Peking Opera.

　　试着汉服，他们流连于摇曳多姿的校园春色。举手投足间尽是异域色彩与传统文化的交融。

　　Trying Hanfu, they linger in the swaying campus spring scenery. Every move is full of exotic colors and traditional culture collision.

　　春分竖蛋，谷雨赏花，清明绘风筝、放纸鸢。同学们热情高涨，绘出的风筝中有不少中国元素，在画中提高汉语水平，增长文化知识。创作完毕后同学们前往五环操场放飞风筝。

　　Equinox erecting eggs, grain rain enjoying the flowers, Qingming painting and flying kites. The students were enthusiastic. There were many Chinese elements in the kites they drew. They improved their Chinese language skills and increased their cultural knowledge in the paintings activities. After the creation, they went to the fifth Ring Playground to fly kites.

　　香囊作为中国传统手工艺品，具有祛病除灾、辟邪驱邪的功效。在活动现场，留学生们在中国同学的指导下，学习了制作香囊的技巧和方法。他们在选择香囊的材料和花样上展现了自己的创意，每个香囊都是独一无二的。

　　As a traditional Chinese handicraft, perfume sachets have the effect of dispelling diseases and warding off evil spirits. At the activity site, the international students learned the skills and methods of making perfume sachets through the guidance of Chinese students. They show their creativity in selecting the materials and patterns of the sachet, each sachet is unique.

　　同时，学院主动融入学校学生培养各环节，着力打造中外学生共同成长社区，积极鼓励留学生参加校院各级中国学生文体活动和赛事，助力“留”在青农品牌发展。本学期，国教学院足球队参加了第一届“青农超级杯”足球赛，与中国师生切磋球技，以球会友；部分留学生参加了“春日序曲”拾光草坪音乐会，欢快的乐声冲破了文化界限，将中外学生更紧密地联系在一起。

　　At the same time, the School of International Education  actively integrates into all aspects of the  student training, making efforts to build a community for the growth of Chinese and foreign students, encourageing international students to participate in Chinese students' cultural and sports activities and competitions at all levels of the University,  helping the development of "stay in QAU. This semester, the  football team of The School of International Education participated in the first "QAU Super Cup" football match in this semester, exchanging  skills and making friends with Chinese teachers and students . What’s more, some international students participated in the "Spring Overture" light lawn concert. The cheerful music broke through cultural boundaries and connected Chinese and foreign students more closely.

　　全体留学生参加了学校第十二届“虹韵牡丹”游园会，通过展示留学生在永利yl23411官网的中文和中国文化学习成果以及外国传统服饰、特色美食、地道茶饮等，展现了留学生风采，浓厚了校园国际化氛围。

　　All the international students participated in the 12th "Hongyun Peony" garden Party of our university. By displaying the learning results of Chinese language and Chinese culture in QAU, as well as foreign traditional costumes, special food and authentic tea drinks, they showed the style of international students and enhanced the international atmosphere in QAU.

　　在校外，学院鼓励留学生感知中国、走进青岛、服务社会，帮助学生在参加实践的同时体验中国文化、讲好中国故事。本学期，学院联合相关学院组织了多场中外学生进社区志愿服务活动。留学生们精心准备，走进社区，向居民和小朋友们介绍自己国家的建筑文化、饮食文化、节庆文化、服饰文化等，体验充满烟火气息的市民生活，学习各类传统民间技艺，将留学生文化活动融入当地活动，开拓了校地联动新格局。

　　Outside the university, the School of Interational Education  encourages international students to perceive China, enter Qingdao, serve the society, helping students experience Chinese culture and telling Chinese stories while participating in practice. In this semester, our School organized a number of volunteer service activities for Chinese and foreign students in the community together with related Schools of QAU . With careful preparation, the international students walked into the community, introduced their own country's architectural , food , festival ,and  dressing culture, etc. And with  the residents and children, they have experienced the civilian life full of fireworks, learned various traditional folk skills, integrated the cultural activities of international students into local characteristics, having opened  up a new pattern of University-District- Interaction.

　　今后，国际教育学院将坚持推动中文和中国文化的国际传播与交流，并以留学生校园文化活动为载体，浓厚永利yl23411官网国际化氛围，助力永利yl23411官网国际化办学水平提升，讲好中国故事、传播中国声音。

　　Since then, the School of International Education will insist on promoting the international communication and exchanging of Chinese language and Chinese culture,  using the campus cultural activities of international students as the carrier to strengthen the international atmosphere of QAU,  improving its international education level, telling Chinese stories well, and spreading the voice of China.
